Please note that not all items are available for remaking, some fabrics are un-available so please ask if you aren't sure if I am able to make your order at this time. Basic Information:
All orders take between 1-6 weeks each. Depends on the product. I work pretty fast depending on how many orders I have.
Rush Orders:
If you need a rush order [under or up to one week of designing time]....It will cost you about $15-$20 more.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is including in all prices posted for US buyers. For international orders, please email me first and expect $5 more depending on weight of the package.
Payments / Refunds: For custom orders over $50, I normally require a 50% deposit up front and the other half after the item is completed and approved by you. I do not accept refunds! Sorry, but if something does not fit properally, you may send it back and I will fix it for you and mail it back for free.
